Official On-Air contest Rules for YatesMedia

Stations: SuperMix101.9, Y100, KRBA1340, ESPN1260

Winners must be at least 18 years old and live or work in the station’s listening area. All prizes must be claimed within 30 business days of winning, or prior to expiration date. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash. Winners must present positive legal identification and then sign a release form. Prizes not claimed within the specified time period will be forfeited. By playing the contests, you have awarded YatesMedia the right to publicize your name, likeness, voice and details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity. All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner. YatesMedia assumes no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, Internet, texting, US mail, or email. Only one winner per household per 90 days. Any prizes awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of YatesMedia, or its parent and their families, advertising, agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors and principals and employees of all media communication within a one hundred mile radius of YatesMedia’s main studio are not eligible to win contests. No purchase necessary. Contests void where prohibited. Federal, state and local laws apply. These rules and additional rules for specific YatesMedia contests, which may amend these rules, are available between 8:00am and 5:00pm weekdays, at 121 N. Cotton Ave., Lufkin, TX 75901.

Internet Contest Rules

Game and contest participants using the Internet must provide a valid e-mail address. Limit one entry per email address per day. Y100 KYBI and sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmissions failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Y100 KYBI, users, by any equipment or programming utilized in promotions, games or contest, or by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate. Y100 KYBI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion, game or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of Y100 KYBI corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of any Internet promotion, game or contest, or the Internet portion of any Y100 KYBI promotion, game or contest. Y100 KYBI, in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means. All Internet participants agree to be bound by these rules and the Official General Rules appearing above.
